Το Iskios Estate Chania είναι ένας συνδυασμός δύο βιλών που συνδέονται δίπλα -δίπλα και βρίσκονται στον υπέροχο λόφο της Αγίας Μαρίνας στα Χανιά. Περιτριγυρίζονται από ελαιώνες και κήπους, προσφέροντας μια εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα στους καταπράσινους ελαιώνες, το καταγάλανο του Κρητικού πελάγους, το αμόλυντο τοπίο του νησιού Θεοδώρου. Υπέροχες αμμώδεις παραλίες βρίσκονται μόλις 400μ. Μακριά από αυτήν την πολυτελή ενοικίαση.

Κάθε βίλα αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, ιδιωτική πισίνα και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 10 άτομα συνολικά. Μια μοντέρνα, ανοιχτή κάτοψη συνδέει το εσωτερικό των βιλών με την εκπληκτική εξωτερική θέα και τον άπλετο κήπο με την πισίνα. Κάθε βίλα διαθέτει δύο διπλά κρεβάτια με την καλύτερη διαθέσιμη ποιότητα ανατομικών στρωμάτων από την CocoMat, ηγέτη στα στρώματα υψηλής ποιότητας. Έχοντας εξοπλίσει τις Βίλες με όλα όσα θα μπορούσε κανείς να ζητήσει, όπως μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με πλυντήριο ρούχων, το Iskios Estate Chania θα σας κάνει να νιώσετε αμέσως σαν στο σπίτι σας, ακόμη και όταν βρίσκεστε σε διακοπές. Fabulous villa with spectacular views, set back from the main strip so nice and quiet. With the money as the villa was modern, clean, own private pool and was not overlooked by anyone, even the villa next door did not interfere with our privacy. Owners were very accommodating, communicated immediately prior to our arrival. Our first time in Crete, will be back. Weather hot, first few days had a breeze so was very refreshing, but as week went on got hotter and hotter. Plenty of restaurants, never had a bad meal, and plenty of shops to keep my wife and daughter amused.

We discovered exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful and serene villa where we could relax, away from the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The location is unbeatable, perched on a hillside with stunning sea views. The town center is just a 10-minute walk away; while the uphill walk might be challenging for some, it wasn’t an issue for us. There’s a small supermarket just 5 minutes away, though it’s not very well stocked.The villa was immaculate, in excellent condition, with everything functioning perfectly and cleanliness at the highest standard. The pool exceeded our expectations in size, and the garden was beautifully maintained. We didn’t hear a sound from our neighbors, making our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this property, although I’d love to keep it a secret just for ourselves!

Can’t say anything bad about it. The villa is very modern, has almost a A/C in every room, nice pool and a spectacular view onto the sea. In fact there a 2 villas side by side but they are very well separated and you won’t remark anything from the neighbours, privacy is guaranteed. The best thing is probably the location of the villa: it is located very centrally but in a calm area of Agia Marina near to the best beach clubs, restaurants and bars around Chania and in same time not too far from the best beaches of the west coast (Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna etc.). Will come back for sure.

A really beautiful, modern villa, we had a wonderful time!!

Great view of the sea and down to the village. Our favorite part was the lovely courtyard of the villa with the pool. The villa and the yard were really clean and Elena made sure that nothing was missing.

We had a great time, a fantastic villa and a more than friendly and helpful host Effie! She was very helpful, super friendly and kind, everything we would fish for was done perfectly. The villa was super clean, all the things someone can wish for were there. Unfortunately the water in the pool was still very cold, but ofcourse we were very early in season so nothing could be done about that, our bad luck. The people on Crete were super friendly, the surroundings in the area are beautiful. We rented a car and visited lots of small places and beautiful beaches. We had an amazing time, thanks to uniquevilla, thanks to Effie.
