Το Prestige 2 Villa Chania διαθέτει μοναδικό και μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό και αποτελεί το ιδανικό ενοικιαζόμενο κατάλυμα για έως και 8 επισκέπτες, στη γνωστή παραλία και το χωριό των Αγίων Αποστόλων στα Χανιά της Κρήτης. Το Prestige 2 Villa Chania χωρίζεται σε δύο επίπεδα, με εκτεταμένα παράθυρα που επιτρέπουν στο φως του ήλιου να εξαπλωθεί σε όλο το καταφύγιο. Η τοποθέτηση της εξοχικής κατοικίας στο οικόπεδο προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα απολαμβάνοντας την ιδιωτική πισίνα και τον ήλιο. Το Prestige 2 Villa Chania βρίσκεται σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια από την παραλία, τα καταστήματα ή ακόμα και την πόλη των Χανίων.

Το ισόγειο είναι εντελώς διαφανές, με έκταση 11μ. ευρύ συρόμενο σύστημα παραθύρων, αφαιρώντας την ανάγκη για περιβλήματα. Μια κρεμαστή σκάλα από χάλυβα και γυαλί οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο με ένα ανοιγόμενο ανοιγόμενο φεγγίτη μαζί του, που επεκτείνεται προς τα πάνω προς τον ουρανό. Αποτελείται από σαλόνι διπλού ύψους (με δορυφορική τηλεόραση υψηλής ευκρίνειας 55 ιντσών 4K+ σύστημα ήχου surround Netflix+), τραπεζαρία κατάλληλη για έως 8 άτομα, κουζίνα με μαρμάρινο πάγκο, μπάνιο επισκεπτών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια.

Ο επάνω όροφος διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ιδιωτική βεράντα. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με επίπεδη τηλεόραση και ντουλάπα. Η εκτεταμένη χρήση γυαλιού ακόμη και στους τοίχους του μπάνιου δίνει μια υπέροχη αίσθηση πολυτέλειας και διαφάνειας. Τεράστια ανοίγματα από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή φέρνουν την υπέροχη θέα στην πισίνα του κήπου στο σπίτι, ενώ μια πισίνα υπερχείλισης επεκτείνει το σαλόνι προς τον κήπο.

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι αποτελούν προέκταση του σπιτιού με διάφορα καθίσματα, όπως ξαπλώστρες, μπάρμπεκιου και τραπεζαρία. Τη νύχτα, ο χώρος φωτίζεται μέσα και έξω, εμφανίζοντας διαφάνεια και διαύγεια, χαρακτηριστικά που αντιπροσωπεύουν τη σύγχρονη αρχιτεκτονική στα καλύτερά της. Ο σχεδιασμός χωρίς όρια σκοπεύει να ενσαρκώσει μια μινιμαλιστική, αλλά πολύ λειτουργική και πολυτελή διαβίωση χωρίς τίποτα να απομακρύνεται.

Would definitely recommend

Just returned from a great 10 day stay. Chressida was so helpful. Resolved an unexpected issue immediately and was so helpful booking taxis for us etc. lovely clean villa and very spacious for a family of 4. Lots of restaurants and a beach and supermarket…
Just returned from a great 10 day stay. Chressida was so helpful. Resolved an unexpected issue immediately and was so helpful booking taxis for us etc. lovely clean villa and very spacious for a family of 4. Lots of restaurants and a beach and supermarket within walking distance. Our favourite beach though was Fallasarna which was nearly an hour away. Chania was really lovely and easy to get to on the bus.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa. We are a family of 6 with sons aged 21, 19,17 and 14. Villa is exceptional and it’s modern design and overall style makes it a genuine pleasure to stay in. Air conditioning fabulous, kitchen fully equipped and bedrooms and bathrooms of a very high standard. The beaches in Agii are fabulous and all are in walking distance from the villa. (The furthest away is probably 15 mins slow walk). Many restaurants that of a high quality in the village too. The villa is very close to Chania Town and for €1.20 per person a bus into the town is the best option... buses run every 15 mins and the last one leaves Chania back to Agii about midnight. Chania town has everything and a mix of restaurants around the harbour all of whom do their best to get you to eat at their restaurant. I’d suggest using trip advisor to chose the best ones. We had varying qualities of food. None were awful but some were excellent. Only one real downside there were no bars / music in the village of Agii Apostoloi is you decided to eat there for an evening, so post dinner drinks were limited. Hence we ended up in Chania most evenings. For families with younger children clearly this will be a positive. Thanks to Panos who was on hand (via WhatsApp..)..throughout our trip to answer any and all questions whether that was about the villa or the local region.

This villa is just great! First of all, the location is just the best! It’s so close to small beautiful beaches of Agii Apostoli and Iguana beach, also to the big supermarkets and smaller shops, it’s also only about 10 minutes drive to old town of Chania, and close to the highway to go to the western beaches of Crete. The villa itself is beautiful, so green, outside terrace is really nice, and inside is very clean, very new, airy and fresh and it just feels happy to be there. Panos did a great job welcoming us in the villa - there were some welcome treats for us like fruits and wine and also his recommendations of local restaurants and beaches were brilliant - we dined in almost all restaurants he recommended and all of them were really good! The communication was very easy and Panos was really helpful throughout our stay. We also were given a local gift when checking out which was really nice of him. I have stayed in many villas in different countries and this villa for sure stands out as one of the best experiences I had!

We went visited in late May, 5 people 3 Adults. This villa is top draw the owner and architect has gone to great lengths to make this villa stand out from the rest. It is well located on a Bus route to Chania, which is a busy beautiful town with many fabulous restaurants and small boutique shops. The parking for the Villa is no problem. The pool is cleaned regularily and there are plenary of good Sunbeds and chairs with shade if required. The Air Con is easy to operate and effective. The beds comfortable, rooms are airy. This property is very new and the owners are willing to listen to suggestions how to further improve their property. I hope all that stay there treat it with respect and we look forward to returning next year. If the weather gets too hot there is an excellent WiFi connected TV with Netflix etc. There are many local restaurants to cater for all price brackets. The supermarkets are an easy 5min walk. Well done Jason you have created a fabulaous villa.

First of all, the host was really friendly and always responded right away. Furthermore, everything was within walking distance, such as Lidl, nice authentic restaurants, bus station and a beach. The host helped us a lot with booking an activity, arranging a taxi and giving recommendations. We were also allowed to check in earlier and also after the check-out moment we had the opportunity to stay longer in the villa. We had a lovely holiday in Chania!

Comfort and Style

We just completed our stay at this villa from June 20-28; a family of 4 with two young children and a second couple. This villa provided us with everything we expected and more! Jason and Panos were wonderful hosts offering their personal recommendations…
We just completed our stay at this villa from June 20-28; a family of 4 with two young children and a second couple. This villa provided us with everything we expected and more! Jason and Panos were wonderful hosts offering their personal recommendations for restaurants and beaches but also made themselves available for and questions and "concierge" sevices. The homemade baked treats and various groceries upon arrival were added touches that we really appreciated. The villa was indeed state of the art; the exterior wall of windows will appeal to all tastes. There are two well maintained pools, one is shallow and ideal for small children while the other is an infinite pool that would be appealing to all ages. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and each one has it's own bathroom equipped with a shower. Location is ideal for a quick walk to sandy Iguana Beach with its crystal clear water as well as 2 other beaches that are very close by. The villa is nestled around other hotels, and residential homes. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, supermarkets within walking distance. The villa is conveniently located at the halfway point between the Old Port, Chania and Platanias. If you don't wish to drive, the bus is easily accessible as well as taxis. Our only complaint (if you can call it that) is the villa was so nice that we often found ourselves staying in rather than getting out and exploring! The grounds were beautiful with a garden of herbs and banana trees to fill the senses. Having a kitchen available allowed us to cook some meals thus avoiding going to restaurants for every meal. Overall, I would rate our stay as 10/10 and would seek out this rental property if we were to visit Chania again in the future!

Lydia welcomed us at the villa upon arrival, she made sure to give us a tour of the villa and explain how things work. The villa is exactly as seen on the photos. The bedrooms and common spaces are very good. We spent our time in the yard and the pool when we were in the villa though. The location is very good. 5 minutes away from 2 of the 3 beaches there. A couple of taverns very close to villa as well.

The villa is extremely spacious (two bedrooms on the top floor, one on the bottom floor), has every amenity you can imagine (pool, WiFi, washer/dryer, A/C, espresso machine, etc), and is in a fantastic location on a quiet street. The villa is only a 5-10 minute walk away from one of the three nearby beaches (with lots of concessions), a 10-15 minute drive to the center of historic Chania, and within a 1.5hr drive of just about every 5* attraction in Western Crete (Elafonisi, Balos, Samaria Gorge, Chora Sfakion, etc.). The hosts are top rate and were quick to respond during the booking process and throughout our stay, both to answer questions about the house and to offer local suggestions. If you are looking for a high-end villa in the vicinity of Chania, look no further!

Nice modern house

Nice modern house and very convenient area. Very close to beaches and places to eat. House is new and looks like the pictures provided. The host was able to provide alternatives when unexpected events occurred during the stay which was appreciated.

Amazing Villa!

We loved our week long stay at the villa. We were a group of 5 and it was a perfect peaceful getaway for us. We have plenty of space and the pool was really nice. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and then bus into chania took about 10/15 minutes

This villa is incredible, the pictures online look great but when you arrive it is even better than expected. So modern, spacious and in particularly clean. The location is great, only a 1 minute walk to supermarkets and restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. It was so nice we didn’t even want to leave the villa! A short, cheap taxi or bus journey gets you to the port of Chania with many more restaurant. Panos was also amazing, he organised transfers for us, met us at check in and check out and gave us ample recommendations for our holiday. If we had any questions he would answer them in no time.Can’t recommend this place enough!
