Το Scenery Villas Chania είναι ένα συγκρότημα 5 αυτόνομων βιλλών στην περιοχή του Άνω Σταλού στην πόλη των Χανίων. Το Scenery Villa 5 Chania είναι χτισμένο μόλις 7 χιλιόμετρα από το γραφικό ενετικό λιμάνι και το κέντρο της πόλης, σε ένα άλσος 10 στρεμμάτων, με απόλυτο σεβασμό και εναρμόνιση προς τη φύση. Συνδυάζοντας άψογη αισθητική και λειτουργικότητα είναι σίγουρα μια τοποθεσία που κάνει τους επισκέπτες να νιώθουν ξεχωριστοί. Η ιδιαιτερότητα αυτών των βιλών είναι ότι παρόλο που απέχουν μόλις 2,5 χιλιόμετρα από την πλησιέστερη παραλία, εστιατόρια και μεγάλους δρόμους, οι επισκέπτες έχουν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ησυχία της φύσης, με θέα τη γραφική θάλασσα και το βουνό.

Το Scenery Villa 5 είναι η πιο πρόσφατη και νεότερη βίλα στο συγκρότημα. Είναι κατάλληλο για παρέες έως 8 ατόμων με απλή και μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, πρακτικούς και άνετους χώρους. Η συνολική του έκταση είναι περίπου 180 τετραγωνικά μέτρα.

Διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια και 3 μπάνια καθώς και WC στο ισόγειο. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει το σαλόνι με την κουζίνα, το WC και 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Στον πρώτο όροφο βρίσκεται το τέταρτο υπνοδωμάτιο με μια υπέροχη βεράντα με θέα στην πισίνα και τη θάλασσα.

Ο επισκέπτης έχει απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα, έχοντας την ευκαιρία να απολαύσει τις διακοπές του σε αυτό το πραγματικά λειτουργικό και αισθητικά ευχάριστο σπίτι. Δύο από τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν κρεβάτι king size, ενώ αυτά με μονά κρεβάτια έχουν μεγάλη διάσταση 100x200cm. Όπως όλες οι άλλες βίλες του συγκροτήματος, έχει το δικό του χώρο στάθμευσης και ιδιωτική πισίνα.

The most wonderful experience spending 5 days in this villa. The place was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It had incredible views of the sea and olive gardens. The host is very responsive and willing to help you out anytime. It was Very close to highway so great way to start day trips toward other parts of the island. It was also really nice driving into spend some time in Chania town but then getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

We just returned from the Villas last week and all I can say is that we had the best holiday ever ! Margarita the owner is an absolute lady and made us feel so welcome from our arrival. The quality of the villas are exceptional, we felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. We stayed in Villa number 5 which is a 4 bedroom villa, it was so spacious and everything in the villa is finished to an unbelievable standard. The location is remote but yet only a few minutes away from shops, bars, restaurants and lovely beaches. The Villas are also only a short journey from Chania airport and the beautiful harbour in Chania is only 15 minutes away. The views from the Villa are amazing. We cannot wait to go back next year ! If you are looking for somewhere very special to stay on your holidays in Crete all I can say is that I can't recommend this villa highly enough. The hospitality and kindness we were shown from the very start was so nice and genuine, we even were treated to fresh eggs from the farm every day !! If you are considering renting one of this Villa trust me you will not be disappointed.

Lovely villa, in a great location. If you are looking or somewhere to chill out and relax this is perfect as it is so peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean & the villa was well equipped. Panteleimon was a great host, providing just the right level of information & support and always a text away if needed. Major supermarkets/restaurants are 10 mins away by car and there is good access to all of the key sights e.g. beaches, gorges, Chania etc This was our first trip to Crete and we will definitely return.

Pantelis had beyond exceptional communication, he was so helpful with anything that was needed. The location is fantastic, close to town and a couple beaches. I could not recommend this place more. Easily accessible by a vehicle, easy parking. Truly loved this stay.

The pictures matched the villa and the communication we had from both the villa owner and also Dimitris from your company has been exceptional. The replies are instant and all my questions were answered. We truly enjoyed our time at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. The villa owner provided us with restaurant recommendations, beach recommendations and other activities. The only thing we would recommend for future users is to definitely rent a car as the villa is slightly out the way (some taxi drivers were a little confused where it was). Thank you and your team (especially Dimitris) for helping us with this trip and letting it work so smoothly. We would definitely recommend you guys to anyone.

Μείναμε απολύτως ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Ό,τι ζητήσαμε ο κύριος Στέλιος το πραγματοποίησε με περισσή ευγένεια, όπως επίσης μας έδωσε καταπληκτικά tips από το σε ποια παραλία να πάμε όταν φυσούσε έως τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και αν ξαναβρεθούμε στα μέρη σας ξέρουμε πού θα μείνουμε.

Nice and modern villa.

Nice and modern villa. Great room space and modern toilets. Toilet and shower were not working but dimitri arrived promptly to help fix this. Nice pool area and outdoor breakfast area. Good parking space.
