Το Villa Blue Paradise είναι ένα νεόκτιστο ιδιωτικό καταφύγιο μη καπνιζόντων με μια σύγχρονη κύρια βίλα 3 υπνοδωματίων και έναν ξεχωριστό πέτρινο ξενώνα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια που προσφέρουν κάποια επιπλέον ιδιωτικότητα. Αυτό το αποκλειστικό πολυτελές παραθαλάσσιο κατάλυμα απολαμβάνει ήπιο θαλασσινό αεράκι και εντυπωσιακά ηλιοβασιλέματα πάνω από τον κόλπο της Σούδας. Τα βράδια θα θέλετε να περάσετε τη διαμονή σας στο μεγάλο σκεπασμένο αίθριο με θέα στη θερμαινόμενη πισίνα και στη θάλασσα, με ανοιχτές υπαίθριες εγκαταστάσεις μαγειρέματος και άνετους χώρους ξαπλώστρου και τραπεζαρίας.

Απολαύστε ένα από τα «δωμάτια κήπου» ή τους χώρους σαλονιού με αιώρες στο πλήρως κλειστό ιδιωτικό πάρκο 12000 m2, σχεδιασμένο από αρχιτέκτονα κήπου. Η μεγάλη πρόσοψη στη θάλασσα επιτρέπει την άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα και τη δυνατότητα επιβίβασης σε μηχανοκίνητο σκάφος RIB ή παρόμοιο. Κομψά δάπεδα από φυσική πέτρα που ρέουν από εσωτερικούς σε εξωτερικούς χώρους με πολύ μεγάλες συρόμενες γυάλινες πόρτες επιτρέπουν μια απρόσκοπτη εμπειρία διαβίωσης μέσα/έξω. Απολαύστε οικογενειακές συγκεντρώσεις σε άνετους καναπέδες σχεδιαστών που περιβάλλονται από σύγχρονη τέχνη.

Στο ισόγειο της κύριας βίλας βρίσκεται η κύρια σουίτα με κρεβάτι king-size, υπαίθριο ντους, θέα στη θάλασσα και σκεπαστή βεράντα μπροστά στη θερμαινόμενη πισίνα υπερχείλισης με θαλασσινό νερό. Στον δεύτερο όροφο με πρόσβαση με ανελκυστήρα και σκάλες βρίσκεται μια δεύτερη κύρια σουίτα με king-size κρεβάτι, θέα στη θάλασσα και πρόσβαση στον κήπο. Το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να μετατραπούν σε κρεβάτι king-size, βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα και ανάκλιντρο και εξοπλισμό γυμναστικής.

Ο ξενώνας διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με δύο μονά κρεβάτια που μετατρέπονται σε king-size κρεβάτια, δύο ντους, ιδιωτικές βεράντες και όμορφη θέα στον κόλπο. Από το Blue Paradise, μπορεί κανείς να περπατήσει μέχρι το γραφικό χωριό της Πλάκας με πολλά εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια και ένα σούπερ μάρκετ.

The villa is a real little corner of paradise! The villa is, I think, without exaggeration, perfect. It is located in a small village that offers us absolute calm!!! The outdoor space allows us to have BBQs, enjoy the pool, relax under a parasol, and eat as a family! The villa is charming, with large bedrooms and a sublime bathroom! The kitchen is equipped to prepare a few dishes! We are a 5-minute drive from a larger village where there are supermarkets and other amenities! Not to mention the host, who remains available throughout our stay! The villa made our vacation more than enjoyable, to do again without hesitation!!! Thank you for allowing us to discover this pretty little place in Crete!

We enjoyed great food both in the villa with Silvia and Leonardos and in the restaurants that you recommended.The outdoor area and landscapes are so beautiful, the swimming pool with its floating sunbed and sitting area, the isolated spots to watch the beautiful sunsets, the plants and trees.We had a wonderful family vacation that will be remembered by us all.Hopefully we will be back again in the near future,Warm regards,Orly Shimon and familly

It was very practical to have a washing machine for clothes. Due to the very warm weather it was very nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The house had everything we needed for a nice holiday and was cleaned regularly. The owner's wife prepared a dinner for us one night - a nice surprise. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The house was brand new when we entered it, fully equipped with more than you may need. The owner, Elias, is a very very nice person who take care of every detail. He even left for us a pot of exquisite meat balls as a surprise! The pool is quite big and with a splendid green garden around it. Room are big and there is also a chimney, even if we didn't use it of course. The frigo is big and this is very useful when you want to buy a big watermelon and have it fresh after the day at the beach. The house is in the small village of Tzannakiana and it is silent and quiet. In the evening we had a nice fresh temperature and we never needed air conditioning. The house is not close to the famous beach of Elafonissi but Crete is quite big and anyway you will have to travel quite a long distance. But as the house is in the centre of Crete you can go everywhere. Road to get there is good. We suggest you to try the house!
