Καλώς ήλθατε στο Carpos Villa, μια βίλα υψηλής ποιότητας, που επαναπροσδιορίζει την έννοια της εύκολης, καθημερινής ζωής διακοπών. Αυτή η εντυπωσιακή κατοικία βρίσκεται σε έναν ελαιώνα 5.500 τ.μ., δίνοντάς σας την αίσθηση ότι περιβάλλεται από την κρητική φύση. Προσφέροντας απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά σε κάθε είδους καταστήματα και καθημερινές ανέσεις, καθώς και σε μικρή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο από τις διάσημες, πανέμορφες παραλίες του Σταυρού και του Καλαθά, αυτό το ακίνητο ικανοποιεί ακόμα και τους πιο απαιτητικούς επισκέπτες.

Η διάταξη της Villa Carpos Chania είναι ιδανική για μεγάλες παρέες ή οικογένειες, καθώς προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε εσωτερικό-εξωτερικό χώρο. Το διώροφο ακίνητο καλύπτει συνολικά 240 m2 και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 10 άτομα στα 4 υπνοδωμάτιά του.

Μπαίνοντας στη Βίλα, θα βρεθείτε σε έναν ευρύχωρο, ενιαίο χώρο που αποτελείται από το σαλόνι και την κουζίνα. Το σαλόνι διαθέτει έναν άνετο γωνιακό καναπέ, τηλεόραση υψηλής ευκρίνειας 65 ιντσών με Netflix, home cinema και ηχείο Bluetooth, καθώς και εσωτερική τραπεζαρία, απολαμβάνοντας όμορφη θέα στη φύση στα ελαιόδεντρα, ενώ η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα παρέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για τον εαυτό σας. - Διακοπές με τροφοδοσία. Τα μεγάλα παράθυρα και οι πόρτες από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή παρέχουν άπλετο φωτισμό και εύκολη πρόσβαση στη βεράντα, καθώς και στους χώρους της πισίνας και του μπάρμπεκιου.

Επιπλέον, σε αυτόν τον όροφο διατίθεται επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι (1,60 X 2,00) και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καμπίνα ντους. Το υπνοδωμάτιο έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στον καλυμμένο με γκαζόν κήπο και μια βεράντα εξοπλισμένη με σεζλόνγκ. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια και το σαλόνι είναι κλιματιζόμενα, ενώ διατίθενται επίσης πολυτελή προϊόντα περιποίησης για τους επισκέπτες μας.

Ακολουθώντας τις σκάλες στο επάνω επίπεδο, σας καλωσορίζει ένας όμορφα διακοσμημένος διάδρομος, με μεγάλο παράθυρο και καθιστικό. Τα υπόλοιπα τρία υπνοδωμάτια της Carpos Villa βρίσκονται σε αυτό το επίπεδο. Η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι king-size (1,80 Χ 2,00) και το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με διπλούς νιπτήρες, μπανιέρα και καμπίνα ντους, αποτελούν την επιτομή της πολυτέλειας και της άνεσης. Παρέχει επίσης πρόσβαση σε μια βεράντα εξοπλισμένη με έπιπλα βεράντας και εκπληκτική θέα στην εξοχή και τη θάλασσα.

Τα άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα (0,90 X 2,00), τα οποία μπορούν επίσης να τοποθετηθούν ως διπλό κρεβάτι king-size (1,80 X 2,00) κατόπιν αιτήματος. Και τα δύο διαθέτουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με καμπίνες ντους και σκάλες που οδηγούν σε μια σοφίτα, με ένα επιπλέον κρεβάτι (1,00 Χ 2,00), καθιστώντας τα ιδανικά για ζευγάρια με παιδιά. Επίσης, και τα δύο αυτά υπνοδωμάτια προσφέρουν πρόσβαση στο μπαλκόνι, με υπέροχη θέα στους γύρω ελαιώνες, τη θάλασσα και την πόλη των Χανίων.

My family and group of friends had the best holiday ever at this Villa! Amazing host and owners, providing top notch service and great recommendations on where to wine and dine as well as beaches and places to visit on the island. THANK YOU!The villa is modern and nicely designed. It really has everything you can ask for and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay while on Crete. A larger dishwasher could be worth installing though, especially for larger groups that like to cook.

We were a group of 8 ladies & this villa had everything we wanted and more, it is exactly as it is shown in the pictures.Leading up to our trip Kostas and the team were so helpful with recommending restaurants and things to do and even helped with some bookings when we couldn’t make contact directly. When we arrived, we were greeted by the host who showed us around and how things worked. Everything was spotless with fresh towels & bed linen.The decor and attention to detail was stunning! Just a beautifully designed villa.The host visited half way through our visit to change the towels & cleaned the pool.We couldn’t recommend this villa enough! We had the best time & we would love to visit again. Thank you so much for having us!

This is the best villa we have stayed in, every detail has been carefully considered and makes you feel at home and at ease from the start. The villa is even better than the photos.We enjoyed days in the pool, wandering through the olive grove and barbecuing at night, watching the sunset with some great Cretan wine. Beaches and tavernas within a short drive, the villa is also a short drive from Chania.The owner George is really friendly and helpful as are manager who seamlessly managed our stay and booking process.Would highly recommend the villa, it is in a beautiful location and provides a good base to explore the island.I hope to be back soon!Tips:- Almyriki restaurant at stavros beach, fantastic fresh fish and great staff- Taverna Irene who deliver authentic Greek food to the villa- Chania old town for shops restaurants and cocktails

The patio offers thoughtful sociable surfaces, with pool hanging during the day for dinners cooked in the outdoor kitchen in the evening with a full kitchen equipment. The accommodation is complete and it works without a car with 15 minutes walk to the nearest store and pharmacy, but for the best experience we recommend renting a car.

Amazing Amazing. Its hard to sum up the experience of this Villa. Beautiful, relaxing villa. Incredible amenities, great location. Owners were responsive and proactive whenever we needed them with advice and support. We were there with our two young boys (3 and 1) and it was a fabulous location. Small play area in the garden, beautiful splash pool. Great beach and restaurants 25 mins away, really good supermarkets 15 mins away. (Note: You need a car). We couldn't recommend it enough, it was a very very special week for our family. Exactly as beautiful and spacious as the photos suggest. Only watch-out - the wifi is not quick. I needed to do some video calls whilst there and it was too slow to be reliable, however the mobile service was decent and fast so if you need to do video calls from the house make sure you have enough mobile data.

Beautiful cottage! The location is great, quiet and secluded but still close to many restaurants, beaches and shopping. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean, four even rooms with their own bathroom. The outdoor area is also fantastic, we enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evening and watching the sunset. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. There was nothing missing, our expectations were exceeded and we can definitely recommend the cottage!

The place is stunning and even more beautiful as you could imagine from the pictures. We had the time of our life’s, we can highly recommend booking this villa for your dream vacation. The villa is the most beautiful place we had seen during our time on Kreta! The place has highly sophisticated design features. When entering the villa, there is a direct view on the huge pool and terrace. You can open the windows of the terrace completely to create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. You can decide whether you want to spend your time outside or in the house: There is an outside kitchen with BBQ and a beautiful place to take dinner. The main rooms offers an open kitchen for socializing with everything you need to create tastefully meals. There is a big dinner table with a stunning view on the pool and the olive trees. In the evenings you can either spend your time on the big cozy couch or relax at the various chill out spots outdoors. The pool is the right thing for sunny days, it has a decent size and is surrounded by a lot of sunbathing spots. Each rooms is individually designed and equipped with AC. One double bed room is downstairs the other 3 rooms are upstairs. All of the rooms have a dedicated terrace. Upstairs 2 of the rooms offer a third sleeping spot and a double bed each. The master bed room is situated in the third room with a great bath tube. The villa is located directly in a field of olive trees, with a view on the ocean in a distance of 1km. The airport of Chania and shopping possibilities are nearby. There are lots of beautiful places you can visit in the area. Our favorite place is Seitan limani, which we discovered by boat from a nearby beach. *Hospitality* The owner had lots of useful hints for the area and was quickly reachable.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 10 jours dans cette sublime villa située entre Chania et la plage de Stavros. Que dire si ce n’est que cette villa est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Le couple propriétaire Giorgos et Mary-Ellen ont débordé de petites attentions et se sont montrés des hôtes formidables. La villa en elle même est le summum en terme de prestation avec une attention quasi maladive du détail. Tout y est et on ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires ont fait de cette maison un vrai havre de paix pour y passer des vacances exceptionnelles. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner...vite ! Très vite. Merci Giorgos et Mary pour tout !

We had an excellent experience in this Villa, which is brand new, has a great design and an amazing pool and outdoor spaces. Equipments and amenities were high quality, rooms were comfortable and spacious, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Location was very convenient close to the airport and a great base to visit western Crete, with lots of beach options a short drive away. The hosts were very attentive and friendly and communication was excellent. Finally the house is managed by an agency which offers concierge services that we found very useful and made us feel pampered.

Really fantastic experience!

The villa was really fantastic!!! Everything is fine. The decor is so beautiful and everything is designed in detail. The view is of course beautiful. The kitchen (indoor and outdoor) is fully equipped with everything you can think of.

We absolutely loved this brand new villa and our stay here. It is beautifully designed and a lot of attention has been paid towards the fine details. From the linens, to the decor and finishing, this villa is one-of-a-kind. It's location is ideal for anyone wanting to beach hop. From the famous Stavros Beach to Marathi Beach, there are so many to choose from in the neighboring area. The owner warmly welcomed us on arrival and later bid us farewell (at 7am!!!) which was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. We fell in love with Crete on our first visit two years ago, and fell more in love this time, and have no doubt that we'll be back again soon for sure!
