The moment we walked into reception you could tell this place was special.

I loved the evening turn-down service. I absolutely loved the pool area, we neglected our plans to wander out and explore because it was just so nice lying but the pool on the comfy sun beds, looking at the view and lovely music playing from the restaurant…
I loved the evening turn-down service. I absolutely loved the pool area, we neglected our plans to wander out and explore because it was just so nice lying but the pool on the comfy sun beds, looking at the view and lovely music playing from the restaurant. Service was exceptional, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Occasionally got a little drink/smoothie surprise by the pool which was a lovely touch. The poolside menu was also reasonable and portions were generous.

It wasn't a big deal for me because I'm short. however, I was quite pleased with how polite and accommodating the personnel was. Small primary pool, but Santorini has them all in the same location.

The hotel is located conveniently in the middle of Imerovigli.

Along the main walkway, a number of eateries and bars are just a short stroll from the hotel lobby. We have one more full day left while we are still here, which is our second day. We were upgraded to the Master pool suite even though our original reservation…
Along the main walkway, a number of eateries and bars are just a short stroll from the hotel lobby. We have one more full day left while we are still here, which is our second day. We were upgraded to the Master pool suite even though our original reservation was for the honeymoon suite. The management staff is excellent and very kind. Upon arrival, we also received a complementary fruit salad and bottle of champagne. All around beautiful surroundings. Overall, we had a terrific time at this hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and competent, and the concierge is quite helpful. If we return to Santorini, we'll most certainly stay here once more.
