The Rooms , Kitchen, Living and dinning areas are very spacious and well kept, but my favorite have to be the pool area outside. The pool area was definitely a 10/10 . I have to also talked about the customer service which was also a 10/10 for sure . They are always available to help whenever you have a issue at the villa , daily villa cleaning service and the workers are so lovely and nice . I also want to take the time out to thank DIMITRA for everything she have done to make our stay at the villa the best . She was always available to help us with whatever issues we have . She was always willing to help us whenever we mesage her about anything . Thank you so much DIMITRA you are just the best . I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel to Zakynthos .

This location is phenomenal, absolutely sensational, I mean it's in an area of the island where you have all the wonders of Zakynthos, there is nothing, but nothing to complain about, so, as soon as you enter, you reach the villa, in a house and look at the surroundings, you're left with wow, it's not like I personally haven't seen good places, but believe me, I visited this island 12 years ago and I was really reserved when it came to accommodation, at this villa you have from superb upwards, the staff, the reception, absolute cleanliness, the exceptional exotic garden and no one talks about it, for sure if I will come back, I liked everything, I understand and thank you for making my vacation even more beautiful, if you have any doubts I say don't have them, you definitely need a car, for convenience, Otherwise, they take care of everything. I'M COOLING YOU!

Difficult to add anything new to the many well deserved super reviews already written. We loved everything about this Villa, but the attention to detail made them stand out from other villas we've stayed in. Fully equipped ready to go even coal & firelighters for the barbecue. Immaculately clean, linen changed every 2 days and villa cleaned daily at a time to suit you. Arrangements made with local restaurants for meals delivered to your door all for your convenience. And the villas positioned in such a way supported with strategically planted trees and shrubs to offer maximum privacy. And ........ Views to die for, short walk to the port with some lovely tavernas & restaurants and last but not least the lovely staff and the the star of the show Violet who was always on hand to help & assist. First class.

Fantastic Villa with Stunning views experience authentic Greece

We stayed for 1 week, the last week of June, on arrival it was the WOW factor, Violet was so friendly and welcolming and took us on a tour of the villa explaining how everything worked, the villa was so big, very cool, clean and had everything we needed…
We stayed for 1 week, the last week of June, on arrival it was the WOW factor, Violet was so friendly and welcolming and took us on a tour of the villa explaining how everything worked, the villa was so big, very cool, clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the outside area was huge, with lots of sunbeds and chairs to either sit in or out of the sun, the pool was saltwater and felt cold on the first day but after that we got use to it and it was an welcome relief from the heat of the sun, the temperatures during our stay was late 30’s early 40’s even at night it was so hot outside but the aircon was a great when it came to bedtime. There is also an outdoor BBQ by the pool, we had a fantastic BBQ one evening, we brought the Chicken Salvaki already prepared at the local supermarket, (who also deliver to the villa), charcoal and firelighters were provided with the villa, it was one of the best BBQ we have had, great food, drink matched with amazing sea views. The location of the villa was in a quiet area at the top of the hill, the views were stunning from the pool overlooking the port, we loved watching the boats going by on their way to shipwreck cove and blue caves and the eagles gliding on the thermals., the Windmill is the closest restaurant within walking distance, we ate here twice during our stay the food was lovely and very reasonable in price, within a short drive 5-10 mins you have the restaurants at the port, we ate at Nobelos food/views were great but very expensive and service terrible, we also ate out 3 times at Divinos food, service and prices here were fantastic, spoilt for choice, the staff were so welcoming and made you feel part of their family, fantastic dining experience. Maid service at the villa was daily around lunchtimeand the inside/outside areas including BBQ were cleaned immaculately, the pool was also checked cleaned daily, all the staff were so friendly and worked so hard to make your stay as relaxing/perfect as possible nothing was too much for them. Askos animal park is a short walk from the villa we recommend spending a couple of hours here, if anything just to meet George the giant Turkey and to feed the deer with Olive twigs it is lovely to see and meet the small animals under the olive groves. This was our 6th visit to the island but our first stay at this villa and in the North of the island, this was by the far the best holiday we have had on this island, we were so sad to go home, we left feeling very relaxed having experienced authentic Greece, we will definitely be back, hopefully next year.

During my recent stay, I was greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean and a tranquil atmosphere. This villa, which accommodates up to 8 people, provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. While the two main bedrooms were spacious and inviting, I found that the other two bedrooms with small single beds were better suited for children rather than most adults. The villa itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were both friendly and discreet, ensuring our privacy and satisfaction. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the large, beautiful pool, surrounded by numerous sun lounges, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. My overall stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I highly recommend the villa for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Zakynthos.

When we arrived back the luggage had already been taken to our villa. The very friendly receptionist took us to the villa and explained everything, and there was a lovely welcome pack. The villa was well equipped and had a TV with Netflix plus another TV in the main bedroom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the cleaners. Very good privacy, and just a short walk away from a few good restaurants with views over the bay. There were also menus from two good local restaurants who run a very good delivery service, and we found that really useful.

Absolutely fantastic villa & location

This location is phenomenal, absolutely sensational, I mean it's in an area of the island where you have all the wonders of Zakynthos, there is nothing, but nothing to complain about, so, as soon as you enter, you reach the villa, in a house and look at the surroundings, you're left with wow, it's not like I personally haven't seen good places, but…

This location is phenomenal, absolutely sensational, I mean it's in an area of the island where you have all the wonders of Zakynthos, there is nothing, but nothing to complain about, so, as soon as you enter, you reach the villa, in a house and look at the surroundings, you're left with wow, it's not like I personally haven't seen good places, but believe me, I visited this island 12 years ago and I was really reserved when it came to accommodation, at this villa you have from superb upwards, the staff, the reception, absolute cleanliness, the exceptional exotic garden and no one talks about it, for sure if I will come back, I liked everything, I understand and thank you for making my vacation even more beautiful, if you have any doubts I say don't have them, you definitely need a car, for convenience, Otherwise, they take care of everything. I'M COOLING YOU!

Will absolutely book again!

The villa is quiet and extremely private, tastefully decorated and modern. The outdoor area has beautiful views and a very large pool. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a romantic and peaceful stay I would recommend booking! We will definitely be booking again when we come back to Zakinthos!
