Está ubicado en la península de la bahía de Akrotiri y reúne todos los elementos que consideramos imprescindibles para nuestros huéspedes; Vistas incomparables e ininterrumpidas, amplios espacios interiores y exteriores, gran capacidad y comodidades e instalaciones de primera clase.

Las cinco habitaciones se combinan con cinco baños modernos con duchas, cada uno con su propio estilo único combinado con el estilo de cada habitación. El dormitorio principal es el epítome de este tipo; se encuentra en un primer piso, mide 30 m2 y cuenta con un amplio baño con doble lavabo y acabados en mármol y vestidor. Tiene acceso al balcón donde se encuentra un gran jacuzzi y que ofrece la mejor vista de toda la propiedad. En la planta baja, el área de la sala de estar consta de un sofá súper cómodo en forma de U, muebles modernos para sentarse y una gran mesa con espejo que refleja la luz del exterior y le da una chispa al espacio completamente blanco. Los grandes ventanales, de doble altura, crean la sensación de que los invitados están a bordo, mientras que las mismas ventanas se pueden cerrar con cortinas enrollables para aquellos que deseen descansar de la fuerte luz del sol de Creta.

La cocina junto a la sala de estar está abierta y llena de espacio de almacenamiento, cuidadosamente diseñada para huéspedes que deseen disfrutar de estadías prolongadas. Está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y accesorios necesarios y además dispone de una isla baja con fogones y zona de estar, ideal para noches de “show Kitchen” con chefs. El área exterior súper espaciosa es lo más destacado de la mansión y donde a la mayoría de los invitados les gustaría pasar el día y la noche. Dispone de tumbonas dobles, modernas y de gran calidad con colchones, sofás y sillas repartidas armoniosamente, y por supuesto una mesa de comedor junto a la barbacoa de obra, creando el escenario perfecto para las veladas con amigos y familiares.

Big, spacious and loads of spaces for sunbathing and entertaining in both sunshine and shade. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular with far reaching cathartic views you could stare at all day and night long. A short drive from the villa (15 mins) is the amazing Marathi beach which has very warm and sheltered waters. The Taverna on the corner is incredible! Book a boat from Marathi water sports there and head out to the right of the small island until you get to the most turquoise anchorage. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and the small mini market down the road sells everything you would need. The villa is so well equipped and everyone is super friendly. Really highly rated!

The Villa and views were outstanding, to the point we didn’t want to leave and spent most days lazing by the pool. It truly was the most relaxing holiday we’ve had as a family.

Staying near Chania was key--we heard that from so many people and it was a great location with lots of history, shops, restaurants, etc. If we ever make our way back to Crete, we will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Villa!

Fantastic villa with beautiful view over Souda Bay. Mary (owner) and the holiday advisors were incredibly friendly, responsive and accommodating to all communications either via phone or email and offered many recommendations for the local area including beaches, restaurants and boat trips. The villa matched the photos in the listing and had a wonderful pool, hot tub and patio with plenty of loungers and parasols. Chania is a 10 minute drive away with many shops and restaurants.

Incredible stay at this villa - the views were absolutely amazing!

The house looks exactly as in the pictures. It was very relaxing and very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms were spacious & very clean. The pool and outdoor area was amazing! We loved the location!

Wonderful Villa!
