The location was in Bochali on top of a hill with the most beautiful views. On one side you see views of the the incredibly blue ocean; on the other you see views of the countryside that looks like something out of a fairytale. It was truly Tuscany on a Greek island. We got a bit lost upon arrival, but our host was kind enough to come find us and lead us to a villa that was even better than the pictures!!! We were told about all the great spots to visit and eat at and every spot was great. The host was easy to contact and replied to every one of our questions without delay. Also, the FOOD on the island was glorious, and coming home to the villa every day was even more of a treat - cleaned every day, spotless with everything you need and THE SOFTEST TOWELS!! The outside area of the villa was great to enjoy a nice sunset (and sunrise) drink. The host even left us a traditional greek dessert at the villa which was delicious and very kind of her. I would definitely recommend renting a car to see everything on this beautiful island - and be sure to try the 'Drunk Saganaki' dish at the beach bar on Bouka beach ... it was a taste explosion!!!! I will live on this island one day. This villa is one of the best i've been to, and I've been to a lot of them in my time traveling the world. Thank you! GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!

Spyros went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The view from the villa is beautiful and the area is quiet. The villa is very well kept and clean inside. We really appreciated the cleaning services provided halfway through our stay. You will need a car or a taxi to get around but there are lots of taxi companies nearby. We definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again, thank you!

We were a group of 3 families with small children, stayed at the Villa for 5 days. For us it was absolutely perfect! The Villa is spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed (kitchen, washer, etc.). Spyros was very communicative and helped us with every question and request, and the property owner was always available when we needed something fixed. There is also a cleaning service every 2 days, which was right on spot.The sea view from the Villa is beautiful, and the location was perfect for us, quiet and only 5 min drive from Zakynthos Town city center. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Spyros and Sotiris for a great stay!

This villa is truly amazing. It is so huge and luxurious we didn’t want to leave. The pool are views are to die for. We stayed as a family of 2 adults And 4 children and the villa has everything you could wish for. Erietta was fantastic and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and helped us out with trips, restaurant recommendations and car hire. The place was spotless and the maids came every day. The villa is located on a hill with sea views but has easy access into Tsilivi amd Zakynthos Town. We absolutely loved every minute and would definitely return. Thank you.

I was fortunate to spend a week at the Villa with my wife, two sons & daughters in law, and my grandson, celebrating my birthday. From the moment we stepped into the Villa, until it was time to reluctantly leave, we enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The Villa is simply fabulous in every possible way, and the views, from all sides, are stunning. Every amenity imaginable is on hand there, and the rooms are so spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished & well decorated. Our stay was further enhanced by the friendliness & helpfulness of Erietta, as well as the owner Mr Sotiris. They made us feel very welcome in the lovely island of Zakynthos, and I am most grateful. I can heartily recommend the Villa to anyone wishing to have a memorable stay in fabulous accommodation.

We booked the Villa as we wanted somewhere special to stay for our daughter's wedding. WOW, the villa is absolutely stunning!! The perfect place for a bride to get ready and leave from. Plenty of room for all of us - 7 adults and a baby. We were made very welcome by the manager Erietta and the owner Mr Sotiris who were always just a phone call away if we needed anything and to make sure our stay went smoothly. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and everything you can possibly think of is provided. The location is fabulous with amazing views to the front and from the beautiful pool at the back. Hiring a car is advisable due to location, although taxis found the villa easily when we wanted to go out. We were very sad when it was time to leave but will be returning for sure!

This place was amazing, they catered for everything you could possibly need there. The pool and views from both sides of the property are incredible... what a find this place was. We chose not to get a car but that would be adventagious for the location but the taxis were fairly reasonable anyway so we were happy. It was early season so was a little quiet but that was not a problem, also the weather was so much better then the forcasts suggested it would be. The Villa was spotless and included so many things which made our stay so comfortable, daily cleaners, an excellent host available all day to take our requests or provide information when needed. Couldnt of been happier.

At the front of the property there was outstanding views over Zakynthos town, especially stunning at night. There were lots of seating areas including lounge and formal dining room. Outside seating with dining tables over the pool as well as front terrace. Pool patio seating area and sun beds. The pool view was a dream! There is also a lovely bbq and hot tub. The owners were there for our every need, English speaking.

The location, the space and the owner and his assistant made our stay unforgettable ! The pool at the edge is the best point of the villa. The view from the pool is stunning ! We had a rainy day but it was not a problem, since the children were playing play station offered by the owner. We are all so excited to go back in June !!!

We were a group of 7 friends and villa was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean (the cleaner comes every day as noted in other reviews), with a great pool and view of the ocean. The house has a funky decor, but it's more toned down in person than the pictures would suggest. Very convenient location too. 5 minute drive to the very charming Zakynthos town, or 5 minutes in the other direction to Tsilivi with a nice (albeit somewhat touristy) town and beach. Overall not much to pick on. . The host was exceptionally responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the nutella torta which had delivered for a friend's birthday.
