Прекрасное место для летнего отдыха. Вилла Zante - идеальное место на берегу моря с великолепным видом на Ионическое море и всего в нескольких минутах от центра города. Возможна аренда для групп от двух до двадцати двух человек. Также доступно для свадеб и особых случаев.

Вилла Занте расположена в районе Акротири, который находится к северу от города Закинтос. С веранды открывается прекрасный вид на Ионическое море, а с ясного неба открывается прекрасный вид на Кефалонию и Килини. Перед домом находится получастный пляж, которым пользуются в основном местные жители, проживающие в этом районе. Дом - отличное место для отдыха или занятий во время отпуска, в зависимости от вашего настроения. Арендатор может решить расслабиться, любуясь прекрасным видом на море и шум волн, или решить посетить ближайший пляж Циливи, который находится в 5 минутах езды и предлагает водные виды спорта, магазины, рестораны и бары. Для вас могут быть организованы однодневные туры в голубые пещеры и пляж Кораблекрушение.

I don't think the pictures do this home justice, It's even more beautiful and spacious than it looks. We were a party of 13 including kids, who had tons of room to spread out. A home on a cliff with an infinity pool that has a backdrop of the sea is really all you need but the home has a pool table in the main area, board games, cards even the TV's have multiple outlets, Netflix, YouTube, which kept us very well entertained on the one rainy day we experienced.The owner has a lovely young lady living nearby who assisted us with all of our needs, it was nice to have someone help out around the house but also to give us tips on where to go and what to do. There were also so many nice touches, we were provided with pool toys/inflatables, beach toys, pool towels, Nescafe and many other items to help us enjoy our stay. They really thought of everything. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, not just cutlery, pots and pans but seasoning, oils etc. Zakinthos has some great beaches nearby and amazing sites to see but to come home to a beautiful secluded home on a hill with spectacular views gives you a little bit relaxation and peace. Some days we didn't even leave the house! We will most certainly be back!

A perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The villa offers stunning views, a spacious private pool, and everything was spotlessly clean. Daily cleaning service was discreet and flawless – truly hotel-level service in a private setting. The manager of the property was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. We felt like we were staying at a private resort. This level of care is rare to find. Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at this Villa! The Villa is amazing, your little gifts were cute and useful, the kitchen and the whole house were perfectly equipped, the housekeeping lady was great, and the view is beautiful!

A fantastic place to explore Zakynthos!

We spent an amazing long weekend at George's villa!The villa is located just above the beach. It feels as the beach is private, we rarely met other people there as access is difficult if you are not staying in the couple of villas located on the cliff…
We spent an amazing long weekend at George's villa!The villa is located just above the beach. It feels as the beach is private, we rarely met other people there as access is difficult if you are not staying in the couple of villas located on the cliff. Just a couple of steps will take you on the sand, which was great for the kids. During the afternoon we would chill at the pool while the kids were playing basketball in the private court.The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with en suite bathrooms, A/C, and all the amenities you would get in a high quality hotel room. The villa is decorated in a traditional venetian style which is dominant in the area. Many common areas to relax and read a book, have a drink or listen to some music. We had arranged with the host to have breakfast service for an extra fee each morning. The lovely and very discreet couple that lives on site checked us in and took care of breakfast and everyday maid service. George was even kind to arrange for us a BBQ night as well as airport transfers.Would definitely go back next summer!
