We had a fantastic stay. Upon our late-evening arrival, everything was very well prepared; even a basic selection of food such as eggs, bread, cold cuts, fruit, water, etc. was provided. The kitchen, bedrooms, and outdoor areas are very extensively equipped. Everything was extremely clean, and during our 8-night stay the villa was even thoroughly cleaned twice in between. The views and the immediate surroundings are spectacular. The manager/owner is friendly, flexible, and always reachable. Many thanks for that — we highly recommend this house and will definitely come back ourselves! Best regards.

The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was very clean and frequently used. Having a private bathroom and terrace for each room is a plus. Renting a car is a must to discover many beautiful sights and natural gems.

The Villa has spectacular views across the mountains and sea and was ideal for us as two families with a double and twin rooms on one floor and another double and twin on the ground floor. The villa was kept very clean with cleaners coming three times a week - essential with lots of small children. They brought plenty of towels which was great for the pool. We used the outdoor area with the barbecue every day. A car is needed as the village of Polemarchi is small with one small local taverna. We visited fantastic beaches of Elefonisi and Paleohora as well as great seafood restaurants on the beach at Kolimbari.

The villa is a beautiful property with spectacular views of the mountains and down to the coast. It was perfect for our two families. All the rooms have their own bathrooms and the cleaner came three times a week, changing the sheets and towels (bathroom and pool) which was such a luxury. The kitchen is well equipped and we often used the outside BBQ and pizza oven. The owner Maria met us on arrival and was so welcoming, giving us lots of information and tips of things to do in the area. The villa is set in the hills and is a short drive to the coast, shops and amenities. It is perfectly located to explore Chania and lots of beautiful beaches in the area. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and loved exploring Crete.

Amazing Villa!

Great house! There were 6 of us, and everyone had plenty of space. Even 8 people would have been no problem. The pool gets plenty of sun. In the evenings, the barbecue area is a great place to sit, as it also has lighting.

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with an assortment of goods to make our arrival more pleasant since the closest market is 10 to 15 minutes by car. The host Manolis had provided bottled water, a bottle of wine, a six pack of beer, sliced bread, fruit, some croissants, a jar of local honey and strawberry jam. The kitchen was well equipped and the host had an assortment of spices, cooking oil, pasta and tomato sauce, butter etc. A Nespresso machine was on the counter. The pool was great for our children and is designed for families with children. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas as well as pool towels. There is a large covered area next to the pool with a wood burning oven, bbq and a very large dining table with chairs. The villa has amazing views and is very peaceful and tranquil. It is located in the small village of Polemarchi. A car is a must if you stay here since the village is very small and has no stores.

Very nice villa on top of A hill in Polemarchi village. Rooms were beautiful, pool was great and views were amazing. The owner was very nice. You need A car here, we drove by taxi. Nearest village Tavronitis about 3 km.

The host was very good. They cleaned the house two times during the week and we got new showetowels and pooltowels while cleaning. At arrival they had put a welcome basket for us with red wine and other nice stof. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with a double bed and a single bed. Every room had its own toilet and shower. You will need a car to get here. We can certainly recommend this house and this host. Peter

Even better than described!

Lovely location with views to the hills and the sea and close to tavernas. The owners very were attentive and friendly. The property is better than described. Good firm beds and generally, everything felt new and cared for.

This is the spot for individuals seeking comfort, calm, airiness, and gorgeous vistas.

The property is wide, light, and has lovely views all around. We arrived as an eight-person group with two young children. The gardens and pool are just beautiful. We had a fantastic vacation.

Accueil exceptionnel avec victuailles salées et sucrées, boissons, disponibilité attention et bienveillance des propriétaires, prestations exceptionnelles avec ménage intégral, changement du linge de maison et entretien extérieur tous les deux jours, déplacement à domicile d’une infirmière pour le test PCR du départ. La maison est très confortable pour huit personnes, bonne literie, bien équipée, bien située pour rayonner, belle vue, au calme. Nous n’avons jamais loué de villa où tout était aussi parfait. Tout est réuni pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. A réserver sans hésiter.

We stayed there for 12 days with our 2 families (8 people). The kids enjoyed the large pool very much. The view was spectacular. Perfect outdoor settings for BBQ, beautiful gardens. Rooms are comfortable, with each their air conditioning and bathroom. Main amenities available to cook. The Villa was clean and a pair of cleaning ladies came 3 times during our stay (took away the garbage accumulated also) and the pool guys came twice. The owner also greeted us with groceries, very well appreciated to start a wonderful vacation. Many restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Small groceries within 10 minutes drive also but we found one big with everything we needed (on two floors, 20 minutes). Elafonisi beach is 1h20. Falasarna beach 50 minutes. Kissamos port (to go to Balos beach and Gramvousa beach) 30 minutes. Chania old town 35 minutes. Rethymno 1h20. Heraklion airport 2h20. We visited several other beaches and a botanical garden. Wonder stay!

The villa, provides all the amenities you need, and boasts beautiful views. A wonderful place to stay.

The site is in a calm area around 30 minutes drive west of Chania. However, nearby facilities like beaches, stores, and restaurants are available. We needed a vehicle.

C’est une très belle villa ! La vue est juste exceptionnelle ! L’extérieur est très bien entretenu. Le coin piscine et le coin barbecue sont vraiment très agréables à vivre Dans la villa, chacun a son espace : chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et ses propres toilettes, ce qui est vraiment agréable. En arrivant, un beau panier repas nous attendez avec eau, fromage, pain, confiture etc. Sur 10 jours, le ménage a été fait deux fois avec des nouvelles serviettes de toilettes, c’est très appréciable.

Very nice villa, very functional, quiet, both secluded and close to the shops. We particularly appreciated the fact that there are plenty of different places in the villa (inside and outside) if you want to isolate yourself.

The location is amazing and the Villa is beautiful and accommodates all our needs of our 9 guests ranging from 12 years old to 82. The location is very remote so a car is necessary. There is a great little taverna 13 minutes walking which also sells essential provisions but is is a very steep walk down and more challenging coming back! Our host was really responsive and helpful. Platanias is only a short drive away for great beaches, shopping and restaurants and very well situated for Chania and the airport. The 9 of us have stayed in many lovely places around Europe but we all thought this was the best house meeting all our needs. We will definitely be back some day.
