Highly recommended!

We enjoyed it very much. Great property and beautiful sunset with sea views. The pool was very clean and a good place to relax in the heat. We used the pizza oven. It was great. We highly recommend the location.

Amazing Villa!

We really felt very comfortable in the house! The garden and the pool were great, the view of the sea and the landscape fantastic and Sivas is a beautiful village, with cozy taverns

It’s in a fab setting with a stunning view. The pool is fab and the villa itself was spotless and has all you need and more. It’s a 5 min walk into the village, where there are 5 different tavernas. It’s also a 12 min drive to Matala where there…
It’s in a fab setting with a stunning view. The pool is fab and the villa itself was spotless and has all you need and more. It’s a 5 min walk into the village, where there are 5 different tavernas. It’s also a 12 min drive to Matala where there is a lovely beach, incredibly clear sea and some nice shops and tavernas. Breakfast at Mama’s Bakery is a must. Would love to visit again and Dimitra was very helpful and clear throughout.

Great villa and location!

It was exactly as described. Meanwhile, the trees and shrubs have grown considerably, which obstructs the view from the pool. The house is really great!!! Everything is clean, tidy and very spacious. Delightful spots and a nice canopy to sit in the evening…
It was exactly as described. Meanwhile, the trees and shrubs have grown considerably, which obstructs the view from the pool. The house is really great!!! Everything is clean, tidy and very spacious. Delightful spots and a nice canopy to sit in the evening and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Beautiful view over the valley, mountains and the sea. Large villages within a short distance (15 min drive) for shopping, e.g. at the Lidl. Nice weekly markets with freshly prepared souflaki. In Sivas itself there are very nice taverns where the food is good and within walking distance!!!! Ideal. It is not very touristy here, so wonderfully quiet. The sea is less than 10 minutes away and clear and blue. The area is beautiful and there is plenty to see if you take a tour. In short, perfect location with a great house and swimming pool. Good stay

Absolutely loved the villa!

Absolutely loved the villa! We’re a young family and felt right at home as it was spacious and great sized pool. Will definitely rebook next time we visit Crete.

The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking, and the large pool was a true highlight. We especially loved the amazing outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven – perfect for relaxing evenings and cooking outdoor with Kids. Dimitra and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. There are several tavernas  with great food within walking distance. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back!

Just 5 klm away fromn the beach, this villa offered everything we wished for!

We felt very at ease. a nice complex of luxury homes with a pool and a functional kitchen. 5 kilometers away from the shore. Many thanks
