This villa was simply all we could ask for. An ideal location next to several beaches, restaurants, the airport and Chania’s old town via a car. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and modern with TVs and ACs available. The terrace was also loved, especially to watch the sunset. The pool was an ideal size and we could relax in the sunbeds provided. The outdoor part of the villa was also an excellent location to have breakfast and go enjoy the view. The villa offers a lovely seaview as well as views of the city and the mountains. The owner was also very friendly and made us feel at home. As a family of five we enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The bathrooms were large and modern, and the internet connection was fast and reliable — perfect for staying connected.The hosts were warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of finding a bottle of wine and fresh orange juice waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. As we don’t drive, they also recommended a reliable taxi service, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Taxis were easy to get, and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance.One of our favourite parts was enjoying the stunning sunset from the balconies — such a peaceful way to end the day. The maintenance team was also very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.Overall, it was a peaceful, hassle-free experience — exactly what we hoped for. We will definitely be coming back again!

Each bedroom was lovely with its own en-suite. The outside area was perfect, and the pool was very clean and an ideal temperature. The views, especially at sunset, were amazing. We visited local beaches which are within 5-15 minute drive and easily got a cab into chania a couple nights (though it is recommended to book ahead!). There are also a couple of taverns within 10 minute drive. Communication before and during our stay was always friendly and responsive- with a couple messages checking up to make sure we were getting on okay. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.

There are also several paths to the sea you can take by foot. A perfect spot to spend lazy days by the pool and evenings on the terrace! A car is essential to get to local towns, villages, beaches and restaurants but Owner recommended an excellent local company for car hire. Inside the 3 bedrooms were large and comfortable and there was a fairly small area for a sofa bed. As other reviewers have said, the kitchen is tiny which was a bit of a challenge when preparing meals but there is plenty of dining space outside. The local people were so welcoming and friendly and we had a wonderful holiday exploring many beautiful places. Thank you for outstanding support and communication.

We had a pleasant and nice stay

The outdoor area is just as beautiful as in the pictures. However, the rooms are quite small and one bedroom is separate in the basement with its own entrance, which is rather impractical. Overall, however, we had a pleasant and nice stay.

Would definitely come again

An absolutely stunning villa, beautiful views of the sea and the pool was great! Bedrooms are large and spacious, and the multiple areas of outdoor seating were really nice. Hosts are very friendly and responsive!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s absolutely beautiful and the team were so helpful - allowing us to check in late at night and organising taxis for us into the town. It’s a little out of the way so a car is definitely advised (the team helped us organise it). You can also walk 15 mins to a nearby cove or 25 to a beach but just useful to have a car if you want to explore! The nearest supermarket is about 30 mins walk - 7 min drive. But it’s definitely worth staying here, it’s just wonderful!

Owner is a responsive, thoughtful host and allowed us to stay in the listing much later than the scheduled time. The hospitality and cleaning staff were also lovely. Arriving late, we particularly appreciated the welcome gifts that allowed us to have breakfast the next day. I agree with the other reviews, the kitchen is tiny and deserves some more storage. and the wallless showers tend to flood the floor. The position is very central and allows access to many beaches in less than 1/2 hour by car. on the other hand the neighborhood is a little secluded for shopping and restaurants. Car required!I would recommend this place without hesitation

Our host, warmly greeted us and showed us around. We arrived to sweet bread, local white wine, and water—a lovely touch. You’ll need a car (about 30 minutes to Chania Old Town), but it’s totally worth it if you prefer a quiet, private retreat after a day of exploring. Thank you for a great stay!

Wine was provided on arrival and a lovely lady came to clean the house every few days. You definately need a car for this villa, but it's worth it. Take a drive to Irene's tavana regularly - the best food around. Walks or running to Strava beach is also a favourite and the perfect distance to get your steps in each day. The little local beach is adorable.

Would definitely recommend to any group looking to stay near Chania

We had a lovely time at this place. It had everything we needed. They were very flexible with check in time as our ferry was delayed and we had a long drive. Katerina changed our towels halfway through our stay and was very friendly too.

It truly felt like home away from home. The owner was so kind and welcoming when we arrived very late in the evening due to our flight being so late. There were even complimentary fruit and drinks to get us started which I thought was a very nice touch…

There were even complimentary fruit and drinks to get us started which I thought was a very nice touch. The host was extremely helpful and very quick with communication during our whole stay. The home was very spacious which was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was absolutely wonderful!!!! So clean and big too! The terrace was lovely to relax in too - and the sunset view is just divine! If I have to mention any “negative” the kitchen is quite small so not much space to prepare food but not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend this villa!

We were lucky enough to be one of the first families to stay at this villa (child age 4-5). It was a truly fantastic experience. The villa was stunning, with beautiful spaces inside and out. We received a truly hospitable and wonderful welcome. There were even beautiful welcome gift baskets left of bathroom toiletries. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms in particular were very stylish. The outside spaces were superb, and so nice to sit and eat outside. The swimming pool was wonderful. The villa itself was near to Tseranas beach. This was a very family friendly beach, suitable for children particularly. Nearby, there were also some restaurants and shops at a few minutes drive. The area was very peaceful and the views of the sea were stunning. Recommended.
