Στην άκρη ενός βράχου πάνω από τη θάλασσα, το Kalathas Seafront Villa Chania χτίστηκε για να προσφέρει μια αποκλειστική εμπειρία. Η απλή και μινιμαλιστική αρχιτεκτονική του δίνει έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια και είναι απαλλαγμένη από κουραστικές υπερβολές και επαναλήψεις. Το Kalathas Seafront Villa Chania μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως επτά άτομα - έξι στα τρία υπνοδωμάτια και ένα στο σαλόνι - και διαθέτει δύο μπάνια, ένα μικρό καθιστικό με WC κοντά στην πισίνα και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Η πισίνα δίνει την εντύπωση ότι συνδυάζεται με τη θάλασσα, καθώς η υπερχείλιση των κρυστάλλων ενώνει την επιφάνεια της γαλάζιας θάλασσας στον ορίζοντα. Υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα, ακριβώς μπροστά από την πισίνα. Για όσους προτιμούν μια αμμώδη, οργανωμένη παραλία, τόσο το μικρό μονοπάτι στο μέτωπο όσο και ο κεντρικός δρόμος οδηγούν στην παραλία του Καλαθά μέσα σε δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το Kalathas Seafront Villa Chania αποτελείται από 3 υπνοδωμάτια, τα οποία βρίσκονται στο επάνω επίπεδο, και ένα ξεχωριστό στούντιο με θέα στη θάλασσα που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο.

Ισόγειο: Υπάρχουν ξεχωριστά στούντιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Το στούντιο σας παρέχει άμεση πρόσβαση στην πισίνα και στον κήπο. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC.

Πρώτος όροφος: Υπάρχει η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, το καθιστικό / τραπεζαρία και 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 2 μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα (ή διπλά κρεβάτια, ανάλογα με την προτίμηση των επισκεπτών). Σε αυτόν τον όροφο υπάρχουν επίσης 2 μπάνια και μια μεγάλη βεράντα με μαγευτική θέα στον ωκεανό. Το Kalathas Seafront Villa Chania είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για οικογένειες με παιδιά. Απολαύστε τον ελληνικό ήλιο σε αυτόν τον τέλειο χώρο της πισίνας ή κολυμπήστε στην πλησιέστερη παραλία (μόλις 150μ. Από τη βίλα).

The villa was really comfortable and clean with a beautiful garden. We loved that is was within walking distance of the beach and we were also to go out the back gate and swim in the rock pool. Dimitra, the owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive when we had questions. The manager recommended lots of places to visit and also helped with transfers and car hire. Chania was about a 30 minutes drive away and it was an incredible place to visit, wonderful restaurants and atmosphere. We would highly recommend the villa, owner and host. Thank you.

The villa was very clean and overlooks the sea. Dimitra (the owner) left us a lovely welcome package with local products and she also gave us with a lift to the airport in our last day. They had also unpacked the grocery order that I had placed and got delivered before we arrived which was very kind. The biggest perk is having your own little path to swim in the sea in a little mini-bay area (no beach but just a ladder to go into the sea) and also having the beach at a walking distance (although there is no sidewalk and on weekends there’s a lot of traffic for the beach so the walk is a bit tricky).The booking office was super helpful for recommendations for beaches, restaurants and groceries and also in communication in advance to make sure we had everything (we travelled with a toddler and a 3-month old baby) we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and there is also a bbq available. All-in-all a lovely stay and we will be back!

The beach is a short walk away and there is also a fantastic private hidden rocky bay accessed from a gate behind the villa. The place itself was spotlessly clean and there was a very nice arrival pack with all the essentials and more. We had a wonderful stay in this incredible place.

Our two family group of 8 people had traveled together to many countries and rented many houses. The Kalathas Seafront Villa surpassed all of our expectations and was the perfect vacation. The location is fantastic. It is a very quick drive to the restaurants and sites of Chania but also very peaceful and apart. There is a small private beach right below the house and a very nice and not-crowded public beach a 5 minute walk away. The house itself is in perfect condition, with EXCELLENT beds and every comfort and convenience one would want in an premium house rental. The house is right next to a small boutique beach hotel (Lena) for morning coffee or an afternoon frappe. Finally, the owner could not have been more gracious and helpful. One tip, use the delivery service that they recommend for food. The food is excellent from a large menu, it is reasonable, and it is fast. We ate in several meals with delivery. The owner also provided some lovely bits of kindness, bringing over wine from the family barrel and more. This is an upscale and premium rental that is a very good value and was the perfect vacation spot. I recommend Kalathas Seafront Villa with great enthusiasm. Kirk in Atlanta

I could’ve stayed in the backyard forever and even did late after sunset some nights. The sunsets are amazing!! The owners were very helpful and even cooked us an authentic Greek meal one evening for our entire family. We appreciated all they did to help us and make our stay enjoyable. We had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She had thoughtfully stocked the house with groceries before our arrival and even met us in person to show us around, which was such a kind touch.The house itself was absolutely stunning — spacious, comfortable, and offering the most incredible views of both sunrise and sunset. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat.The manager was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. She arranged taxis for us to and from town and the airport, and even came through late at night on two occasions to help us order food when our phones weren’t working. Her kindness and attentiveness made our trip even more special.

We had superb family (five adults) trip at Kalathas Waterfront Villa. Householder Nikos is a great guy taking care of us warmly and completely. The location is excellent, tiny village close to Chania - just 15 min ride. Seaview is splendid, love at the first sight. You can nearly see the sunset. The villa is well equiped with all modern devices you need. Wifi connect is a bit slow, if there are more than one device connected at the same time. Pool and garden area are great. One thing you should know is airplane noise, because Chania airport is only four kilometers away. There are even military planes coming and going. No noise at nigth time.

Great place. Beautiful location overlooking the sea and feels secluded, peaceful and relaxing. The villa is bright and airy with a wonderful main living room and kitchen offering commanding views across the bay. Modern decor throughout with lovely bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and with all the facilities you could need for a great holiday. The beach is a skip and hop away with beautiful sand and crystal clear water, it is perfect for small children. The villa too is perfect for a family with small children. Carefully designed and considered, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay here. The family that owns the villa are lovely too and make themselves available to ensure your time here goes smoothly.

You have enough place for 8 people and a beautiful pool area with a wonderful garden. Everything is really clean and made with love. Each room has a TV and an aircondition. And the best is the view over the sea. We can recommend it to families, but aswell group of people to spend the best time of your life.
