Το Prestige 1 Villa Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 4 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Το Prestige 1 Villa Chania βρίσκεται κοντά στην ακτογραμμή των Αγίων Αποστόλων. Αποτελεί δείγμα σύγχρονης αρχιτεκτονικής και βιωσιμότητας. Το Prestige 1 Villa Chania τοποθετείται παράλληλα με το υγρό στοιχείο, το οποίο τυλίγεται γύρω από την πρόσοψη. Έτσι, με τη χρήση μεγάλων γυάλινων επιφανειών στις τρεις πλευρές, επιτυγχάνεται οπτική σχέση του υγρού στοιχείου, των κοινόχρηστων χώρων και των εξωτερικών χώρων.

Ο επισκέπτης καλείται να βιώσει τη διαφάνεια του κτιρίου, καθώς και τη θεατρικότητα των χώρων του ισογείου καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Την ανατολή του ηλίου και μέχρι το μεσημέρι, το σαλόνι και η τραπεζαρία λούζονται από φως και το υγρό στοιχείο της πισίνας αντανακλάται στις γυάλινες επιφάνειες. Από το απόγευμα μέχρι το ηλιοβασίλεμα, οι χώροι του ισογείου καθώς και τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι ντυμένοι στις αποχρώσεις του πορτοκαλί και του μωβ. Από εκεί και πέρα, ο επισκέπτης θα βιώσει τις όψεις ενός διαφανούς-φωτισμένου κτιρίου, το οποίο αποδίδεται στην απόλυτη διαφάνεια και κάθε όριο με το εσωτερικό και το εξωτερικό διαταράσσεται.

Ανοίγοντας τα μεγάλα συρόμενα στοιχεία παραθύρου, το σαλόνι εκτείνεται χωρικά προς τα έξω, όπου υπάρχει μια υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία και ένας κήπος. Η υλικότητα του κτιρίου καθορίζεται από μια σύνθεση λευκών τόνων, αιγυπτιακών και ελληνικών μαρμάρων και δαπέδων από γρανίτη. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι μια υφή πολυτέλειας που διαρκεί και ο χρήστης μπορεί να εξερευνήσει οπτικά κάθε πτυχή της αρχιτεκτονικής ακεραιότητας της βίλας.

Το κτίριο διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια και 3 μπάνια με ντους. Στο ισόγειο, ο επισκέπτης θα συναντήσει ένα εύκολα προσβάσιμο υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα κοινό μπάνιο. Στον πρώτο όροφο, ο επισκέπτης θα βρει την κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Το δωμάτιο εκτείνεται σε ένα μικρό σαλόνι με γυάλινο πάτωμα ακριβώς πάνω από την πισίνα. Δίπλα στην κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα υπάρχουν δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και ένα κοινό μπάνιο με ντους. Το τελευταίο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Πάρκο των Αγίων Αποστόλων.

Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με τηλεοράσεις τελευταίας τεχνολογίας και γρήγορο Wi-Fi, προκειμένου να κάνουν τις διακοπές δυνατές να συνδυάσουν το βιώσιμο περιβάλλον δίπλα στη θάλασσα, με ξεκούραση και εργασία. Το σαλόνι είναι εξοπλισμένο με δορυφορική τηλεόραση 55 ιντσών 4K HDR με συνδρομή Netflix. Η βίλα διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καθώς και όλα τα αξεσουάρ που απαιτούνται για ένα πλήρες γεύμα. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει πλυντήριο-στεγνωτήριο. Τα τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 8 άτομα και 1-2 μωρά.

Very spacious, bright and comfortable inside. It feels very clean and fresh. Super nice garden with juicy lawn and sunbeds, Weber grill and awesome pool with ellumination as a pleasant bonus.Very nice location. Very quiet neighborhood. 7-10 mins to the very good beach (actually 4 different beaches), 5-7 mins to Lidl and Synca supermarkets, 10-15 mins to the Chania city center by car. Hosts are very helpful and responsive.Nice complementary things: fresh fruits, water and some snacks at checkin, late checkout, and finally surprising gift-pack with Cretan local products (in branded memorable box). This villa is really special. It was defenatelly the best in our Cretan trip.We’re already thinking about returning here the next time we'll be in Crete.

The pool was really great and we were able to enjoy it every day that we were there. Panos who was our point of contact was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help us with any questions (he even called a few boat companies for us when we reached out to see if he had any recommendations for a boat company). I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chania.

The bedrooms were very tidy and the aircon worked great.Check in was really easy thanks to Cressida, who provided everything we needed including recommendations and was always on hand if we needed anything!The only note would be that there was no kettle in the villa, and the bathroom floors got quite wet after showers as the showers are open.Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

We highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Villa. Everything was perfect: clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen and located a few minutes walk to the sea. There are also 2 large grocery stores located a 5-minute walk away. We highly recommend!

Very nice stay

Very nice stay even though the weather was not great. The house was absolutely great- so good service from Chryssida. The only thing we missed was a slightly larger coffee table. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks for us!

We had a wonderful holiday at the property! The host responded to all our requests and was always available. We were very grateful for the numerous tips, such as travel recommendations! The location is very good, the beach is a 7-minute walk and the old town 10 mins by car. Just around the corner, less than 5 minutes, is a Lidl and other shopping. Very good food is very close! We'd like to thank you again for the unforgettable vacation. We had a very nice time!

First of all, full 5 stars for the service: the team was always responsive, very friendly and attentive. Great!The house itself is very nice and modern in a good location just 5 minutes from several great beaches. Nice restaurant and supermarket are within walking distance. However, a few small investments would do the house very well… The kitchen is - as often in cottages - not well equipped, the dishwasher very small and very noisy, the bathroom mirrors look a little rickety... Nothing bad, but in this price category that doesn't have to be. Positive: very nice pool, lots of space, big terrace, comfortable beds. Overall highly recommended house with small deductions but great service!

We were a family of 7 people including 2 small children - perfect location - only max 10 min from two super good beaches with cafe and toilet conditions.The villa is super well decorated with lots of nice details and an amazing pool and split children's pool.Can definitely recommend the villa to one or two families. Cleaning came in the middle of the week and changed the linens and towels.Located close to a lovely supermarket with butcher and delicacy - Synka.Be sure to observe the “quiet time” between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm for the sake of the neighbors - no outdoor noise. Would love to come again

Amazing Villa!

An amazing villa and great hosts. Very clean and beautifully designed it has everything you could need. It's 5 minutes to the beach and a bus runs very regularly from the end of the road straight into Chania.

The villa is in a quiet private place, but still the path to the city is not long. The villa and pool is pretty clean. In the bathroom, the curtain has stains. However, the steam exhaust in the kitchen has no exhaust and thus blows the air of the cooking person directly into the face. It also has no deduction in the bathrooms. The floor in the bathroom in the hallway is constant wet. All in all it was a good stay.
