Prestige 1 Villa Chania es una villa de lujo en alquiler con 4 dormitorios y una piscina privada. Prestige 1 Villa Chania se encuentra cerca de la costa de Agioi Apostoloi. Es una muestra de arquitectura contemporánea y sustentabilidad. Prestige 1 Villa Chania se coloca paralelo al elemento líquido, que envuelve la fachada frontal. Así, con el uso de grandes superficies acristaladas en las tres caras se consigue una relación visual del elemento líquido, las zonas comunes y los espacios exteriores.

El visitante está invitado a experimentar la transparencia del edificio, así como la teatralidad de los espacios de la planta baja durante todo el día. Al amanecer y hasta el mediodía, la sala de estar y el comedor se bañan de luz y el elemento húmedo de la piscina se refleja en las superficies de vidrio. Desde la tarde hasta la puesta del sol, las zonas de la planta baja así como los dormitorios se visten de tonos naranjas y morados. A partir de ahí, el visitante experimentará los aspectos de un edificio transparente-iluminado, que se entrega a la transparencia absoluta, y se perturba todo límite con el interior y el exterior.

Al abrir las grandes ventanas corredizas, la sala de estar se extiende espacialmente hacia el exterior, donde hay un comedor al aire libre y un jardín. La materialidad del edificio está determinada por una composición de tonos blancos, mármoles egipcios y griegos y pisos de granito. El resultado es una textura de lujo duradera y el usuario puede explorar visualmente todos los aspectos de la integridad arquitectónica de la villa.

El edificio tiene 4 habitaciones y 3 baños con duchas. En la planta baja, el visitante se encontrará con un dormitorio de fácil acceso con dos camas individuales y un baño común. En la primera planta, el visitante encontrará el dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite con ducha. La habitación se extiende a una pequeña sala de estar con piso de vidrio justo encima de la piscina. Junto al dormitorio principal hay dos dormitorios más con camas dobles y un baño común con ducha. El último dormitorio tiene un balcón privado con vistas al parque Agioi Apostoloi.

Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de última generación y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, para hacer posible que las vacaciones combinen el entorno sostenible junto al mar, con el descanso y el trabajo. Very spacious, bright and comfortable inside. It feels very clean and fresh. Super nice garden with juicy lawn and sunbeds, Weber grill and awesome pool with ellumination as a pleasant bonus.Very nice location. Very quiet neighborhood. 7-10 mins to the very good beach (actually 4 different beaches), 5-7 mins to Lidl and Synca supermarkets, 10-15 mins to the Chania city center by car. Hosts are very helpful and responsive.Nice complementary things: fresh fruits, water and some snacks at checkin, late checkout, and finally surprising gift-pack with Cretan local products (in branded memorable box). This villa is really special. It was defenatelly the best in our Cretan trip.We’re already thinking about returning here the next time we'll be in Crete.

The pool was really great and we were able to enjoy it every day that we were there. Panos who was our point of contact was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help us with any questions (he even called a few boat companies for us when we reached out to see if he had any recommendations for a boat company). I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chania.

The villa was just as it is in the photos and felt nice and spacious. The bedrooms were very tidy and the aircon worked great.Check in was really easy thanks to Cressida, who provided everything we needed including recommendations and was always on hand if we needed anything!The only note would be that there was no kettle in the villa, and the bathroom floors got quite wet after showers as the showers are open.Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

We had a great time at the Villa. Everything was perfect: clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen and located a few minutes walk to the sea. There are also 2 large grocery stores located a 5-minute walk away. We highly recommend!

Very nice stay

Very nice stay even though the weather was not great. The house was absolutely great- so good service from Chryssida. The only thing we missed was a slightly larger coffee table. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks for us!

The location is very good, the beach is a 7-minute walk and the old town 10 mins by car. Just around the corner, less than 5 minutes, is a Lidl and other shopping. Very good food is very close! We'd like to thank you again for the unforgettable vacation. We had a very nice time!

Great!The house itself is very nice and modern in a good location just 5 minutes from several great beaches. Nice restaurant and supermarket are within walking distance. However, a few small investments would do the house very well… The kitchen is - as often in cottages - not well equipped, the dishwasher very small and very noisy, the bathroom mirrors look a little rickety... Nothing bad, but in this price category that doesn't have to be. Positive: very nice pool, lots of space, big terrace, comfortable beds. Overall highly recommended house with small deductions but great service!

We were 5 adults and we had the most relaxingly pleasant experience thanks to the comforts of the house and the attentiveness of the owners. We were a family of 7 people including 2 small children - perfect location - only max 10 min from two super good beaches with cafe and toilet conditions.The villa is super well decorated with lots of nice details and an amazing pool and split children's pool.Can definitely recommend the villa to one or two families. Cleaning came in the middle of the week and changed the linens and towels.Located close to a lovely supermarket with butcher and delicacy - Synka.Be sure to observe the “quiet time” between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm for the sake of the neighbors - no outdoor noise. Would love to come again

Amazing Villa!

An amazing villa and great hosts. Very clean and beautifully designed it has everything you could need. It's 5 minutes to the beach and a bus runs very regularly from the end of the road straight into Chania.

Highly recommend!
